I know, I know, it’s been FOREVER since my updated bullet journal post, and I tried to get artsy with my August theme so here it is!
I’ve also decided to add in the dimensions in case you want to try it yourself. Each dimension is the number of boxes (not dots) because I find it easier to count!
I love a monthly calendar because I can put everything in it and get a bit creative (even if this IS the only place I use my colours)
Like I mentioned in my Things I Wish I’d Known Before Starting a Bujo post, I used eyeshadows to colour this in. Yes! Eyeshadow!! More specifically a super bright palette from Claire’s Accessories that we’ve had in the cupboard for about 10 years, and the new Exotic palette from Primark.
Calendar Dimensions: 5 x 5
Mental Health Tracker
This is my most important page every month.
I put every emotion I could possibly feel on this page, which includes tracking the days my eating disorder takes a toll and the days I just feel blah. I have a feeling that the ‘blah’ box is going to be full the whole month…
Self Care Ideas
This is another important page for me.
On the days that I’m feeling really down, I try and do something simple to remind myself that I’m not a complete failure.
It can be something as simple as having a cup of tea or going for a walk (which is normally never the answer…) There are a few empty spaces because I can’t quite decide what other things I should put in there.
If you’ve got any ideas, let me know in the comments below!
I changed the way I did my weekly spreads and found that this layout was so much better for me!!
I have my days along the top, sleep tracker, bills, what’s on next week and I put in a few boxes on the left so I could change what I wanted to track every week. This week, I’m tracking:
- Walking the dog
- No spend (failed on this one!)
- Post on Instagram (yep, failed on that one too!)
- Wash and cleanse my face
