Even though I haven’t picked up it for a little while, I still love my bullet journal and think it’s the best thing since sliced bread.
I set every month up as a way to see what I’ve got happening, and (hopefully) a way to track my mental health and what I get up to. In August’s set up, I tried something a little different from previous months, and I’ve tried something different this month – it’s Canada time!!
By Canada time, I mean that everything is red and black and I’m planning an adventure in Canada.
So grab yourself a cuppa, you bujo and a pencil because I’m giving you the measurements as we go along (don’t forget, I’m counting boxes).
As always, I’ve got a calendar at the front. This is where I put ALL of my appointments etc so I can see them at a glance. This means that I don’t have to flick through all of my weekly spreads to see what I’ve got going on.
I’ve done a little doodle of some suitcases too, seeing as this is my travel planning month!
Dimensions: H5 x W5
This time, I’m keeping my week on one page so I can have trackers on a separate page.
I just wanted a change because there was a lot of wasted space in August’s weeklies. All the good intentions were wasted because I didn’t actually track anything (I know, I’m rubbish!) so I decided to change things up a bit.
Day Box Dimensions: H12 x W8
Sunday Dimensions: H8 x W12
I bought myself a Fitbit so added in a step tracker to see when I’m being super lazy (every day) and also a sleep tracker because sleep is still an issue for me.
My Fitbit even tracks my sleep so I think it’ll be easier for me to keep track; I just need to remember to transfer it from my app to my bullet journal.
Steps Tracker: H8 x W22 (each box is 500 steps)
Bills/Next Week: H6 x W10
Like I said, I’m doing some travel planning but I’m going to do a separate post for that so keep an eye out for that!
